In the new curriculum standards guidelines, "team" has been studying and teaching in the classroom attention and application. More and more teachers accepted this teaching tool. However, the classroom was bustling behind because of the cooperation of teachers are aware of the meaning of the study itself, or no profound exploration, often in a relatively shallow level started with more blind, random and rash, and there are many problems. I address the problems encountered in practice, and reference information, guidance solutions, and hope to learn science teaching team overcome the drawbacks form.
