1.高度集中的金融機構體系:一種高度集中的、以行政管理辦法為主的單一版的國家銀行體系。形成權於1985-1978年.其特徵：（1）設置上，全國只有中國人民銀行一家銀行；（2）中國人民銀行執行雙重職能（3）中國人民銀行內部實行高度集中的資金管理體制。
2.信用風險:指借款人違背承諾、不能按期還錢的風險，或者說借款人還不起錢的可能性。一般的，信用風險主要用在對債券的分析當中。由於借款人的還錢能力差異較大，債券的信用風險也很不同。
3.原始存款:是指商業銀行吸收的現金存款或中央銀行對商業銀行貸款所形成的存款,原始存款是存款貨幣創造的基礎.
