A. 国际贸易标准分类的标准分类

国际贸易标准分类（Standard International Trade Classification，简称：SITC）
国际贸易标准分类是为用于国际贸易商品的统计和对比的标准分类方法。
国际贸易标准分类《国际贸易标准分类》的制订要追溯到20世纪上半叶。1920年国际联盟成立，着手制订国际贸易名词术语和商品统计目录。在30年代它出版了《关税名词草案》，并在此草案的基础上，修订成为各成员国共同使用的《国际贸易统计商品目录简编》。
第二次世界大战结束后，51个国家共同创建了联合国。为对世界贸易进行统计和分析，由联合国统计委员会对上述商品目录简编进一步修订，于1950年制订完成《国际贸易标准分类》。标准共分10个门类，50个大类，150个中类和570个细类。作为各国际机构做贸易统计报告和对世界贸易进行系统分析的共同基础。该标准于1951年由联合国经济和社会理事会推荐给各成员国使用。《国际贸易标准分类》自1951年颁布实施以后，进行了数次修订，除门类框架不动以外，其他类目，随着层次的增加变动也相应扩大。
SITC采用经济分类标准，即按原料、半制品、制成品分类并反映商品的产业部门来源和加工程度。该标准目录使用5位数字表示，第1位数字表示类，前两位数字表示章，前3位数字表示组，前4位数字表示分组。目前，联合国已经公布了SITC(Rev．4)。然而，SITC在我国却较少使用。

国际贸易标准分类（Standard International Trade Classification，简称：SITC）为用于国际贸易商品的统计和对比的标准分类方法。现行“国际贸易标准分类”于1950年7月12日由联合国经济社会理事会正式通过，目前为世界各国政府普遍采纳的商品贸易分类体系。 到2006年为止，该标准分类经历了四次修改，最近的一次修改为第四次修订版，于2006年3月获联合国统计委员会第三十七届会议通过。该分类法将商品分为为10大类、63章、223组、786个分组和1924个项目。

国际贸易标准分类（Standard International Trade Classification，简称：SITC），是为用于国际贸易商品的统计和对比的标内准分类方法。容
《协调制度》Harmonized System，HS，全称为《商品名称及编码协调制度》。我国作为《协调制度公约》缔约国，从1992年1月1日起采用《协调制度》作为我国《进出口税则》和《海关统计商品目录》的基础目录。《协调制度》是目前国际上应用最为广泛的国际贸易商品分类目录。为适应国际贸易及商品的发展，世界海关组织（WCO）每4至6年对《协调制度》进行一次较大范围的修改。根据《协调制度》的修改变化，我国需要对本国《进出口税则》和《统计商品目录》进行对应的转换调整。
