英文原版书(教材类的,其他的没看过不知道)的一个很大的特点是...一个道理,一句话他通常都会用2~3种方式表达...一般都是把复杂的问题说简单了
不象中国的很多学者写的都是把问题往复杂了说...

萨缪尔森的经济学当然是最入门级的了，中英文的都有的卖。曼昆的经济学原理也很不错哦。接下来可以看入门级的会计学原理，作者暂时不记得了。货币金融学是金融类的入门，然后是夏普的投资学也可以一看。
越是厚的英文教材越不要怕，通常入门级的都很厚很简单，后面高级教材就很薄很难了。
如果想去哈佛经济系，把数学和英语搞好就是了。经济学高级教程对数学要求蛮高的，通常数学硕士去读经济学博士都比较好读。高中阶段多搞些数学、物理竞赛估计对你申请经济学有用。

这个肯定还是来曼昆经自济学配套的练习讲解书好，曼昆经济学除了书以外还出版了练习解析的书，书店有卖的。真要感兴趣，也可以看看马歇尔的经济学原理。也可以横向纵向比较，横向还有资本论这样的。纵向就是从亚当斯密的国富论，李嘉图的政治经济学及赋税原理以及萨伊，李斯特，马尔萨斯等经济学著作。最后可以读经济学说史，纵观从古希腊色诺芬到近现代的微观宏观经济学。这样学习的就非常全面了。
