Real Economic Growth Rate 实际经济增长率
A measure of economic growth from one period to another expressed as a percentage and adjusted for inflation (i.e. expressed in real as opposed to nominal terms). The real economic growth rate is a measure of the rate of change that a nation's gross domestic proct (GDP) experiences from one year to another. Gross national proct (GNP) can also be used if a nation's economy is heavily dependent on foreign earnings. The real economic growth rate builds onto the economic growth rate by taking into account the effect that inflation has on the economy. The real economic growth rate is a "constant dollar" and therefore a more accurate look at the rate of economic growth because the real rate is not distorted by the effects of extreme inflation or deflation.

效用（英文： Utility），是抄经济学中最常用的概念之一。一般而言，效用是指对于消费者通过消费或者享受闲暇等使自己的需求、欲望等得到的满足的一个度量。
这是网络上的解释。
如果通俗点讲，效用就是 Something 给你带来的满足程度。这个 Something 可以是服务、商品、空闲……
有时候你感觉到饿了，想吃点东西，那你吃的东西满足了你的“食欲”，这就是效用
