Finance International Student Symposium
The field of finance refers to the concepts of time, money and risk and how they are interrelated. There has been widespread recognition of the need for finance to develop from being a scorekeeper to a business partner. China's financial instry has seen fast development. Along with the innovation of financial services and development of the e-finance instry, there is strong demand for mixed operation in the financial instry. This brings broad development space for banks, securities companies and insurance companies.
Facing these challenges and opportunities, FISS, together with top international financial institutions, initiated the FISS with the target of providing pioneering financial topics for elite students interested in finance and keen for opportunities. In the meantime, this forum will also provide channels for the students to communicate with experts and professionals in the financial field. “Asian-Pacific New Economic Development” Summit of International Student Symposium (FISS) is co-hosted by Students’ Finance Association of Tsinghua University (SFA) and Hong Kong China Internship Association (HCIA), with Elite Exchange Group, FISS’s international partner, as the exclusive advisor. Because of the huge potential of Chinese financial market, Beijing as the capital makes a strong appeal to financial corporations and scholars.
Themes in FISS include emerging opportunities in financial instry, taking finance as a career, latest financial issues and so on.
