）發盤的含義：發盤也稱發價，法律上稱為要約，是一方當事人（發盤人）
向另一方當事人（受盤人）提出各項交易條件並且願意以此條件與受盤人成交、
訂立合同的意思表示。

一、實訓時間：2008.03.31——2008.04.01
二、實訓地點：圖書館七樓國際商務實訓中心
三、實訓目的：在已掌握的國際貿易理論知識的基礎上，對每一步操作形成一個全新的感性認識，
從而在親身體驗的過程中掌握國際貿易業務操作的基本步驟。
四、實訓內容：本次實訓主要是場景模擬模擬。學生以一個演員的身份置身於國際貿易業務的場景
模擬模擬中，以國際貿易業務流程為主線，將其分解為建立業務關系、交易磋商、
合同的簽訂、開立信用證、裝運出口、制單結匯、業務善後六大場景主題。
